We are looking for an Automation & Controls Engineering Intern who is seeking a hands-on experience with a dynamic and diverse continuous improvement and robotics team! The position is a paid opportunity and may lead to full-time employment for successful candidates.
Responsibilities:
The intern will develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures, while also honing their problem-solving and communication skills. By collaborating with diverse teams, the intern will learn to integrate solutions with real-world constraints and operational needs. Responsibilities:
- Support design and development of control systems for automated processes
- Assist in maintenance of technical documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Aid in testing and validation of automation systems
- Support cross-functional teams including engineering, assembly, quality, and continuous improvement
- Conduct research and analysis of system performance data
- High school diploma and current enrollment in post- high school education program
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Passionate and motivated learner
